Within the United Benefice of East Blatchington & Bishopstone, in partnership with other Christians and 
in the power of the Spirit, the people of Saint Peter’s are committed to five aims:

PROCLAIM
the love of Christ to all in our community through witness, fun & friendship 

 Parish Tea Party on the third Monday of the month at 3pm
 Parents and Toddlers Group every Tuesday 9.30-11.30am in term-time

ENCOUNTER
the living God in uplifting worship for all ages

 Sunday worship:   8am Holy Communion (BCP) 9.30am Parish Mass (CW) 6pm Evening Prayer (BCP)
 Weekday worship:  Mass: Tuesdays 12noon, Wednesdays & Fridays 10am
 Choir: alternate Fridays

TRANSFORM
lives through deepening spirituality, prayer & study

 Meditations & prayer vigils as announced
Study group - Aileen Murray
 Julian Meeting for contemplative prayer fortnightly
 Cursillo for spiritual renewal
 Reading Group

EMPOWER
& inspire young people & families, encouraging them in faith

 Pilgrims Group for 3-15 meets term-time on Sundays (except the first in the month) at 9.15am
 All Age Eucharist: first Sunday of the month 9.30am

REACH OUT
healing hands to  those in need, near & far, in compassion & support
 Home communions & rest homes To request a visit: Kaye Blackburn
 Healing Eucharist with laying-on-of-hands & anointing: last Tuesday 12noon (followed by a simple
lunch in the Chapel Rooms)
Mothers Union meets on the second Tuesday of the month.
 We support Family Support Work, Homelink (supporting the homeless) & Christian Aid
